MATLAB?

Hi,

Is anyone aware of any Matlab toolboxes or m-files related to
self-organization, complexity, complex adaptive systems, etc. I'm teaching
a graduate level AI class and I'd like for the students to use Matlab to
gain some experience in the topic(s).
